Former union minister Saifuddin Soz Wednesday said that a group of foreign envoys visiting Kashmir was part of New Delhi’s futile public relations exercise.
A statement of Soz issued here said that it was unfortunate that the New Delhi had not learnt any lesson from its past mistakes.
“Masters have rightly said that if the people do not learn a lesson from their mistakes, they are bound to repeat these mistakes, time and again,” he said in the statement.
