Democratic Party Nationalist (DPN) president and former minister, Ghulam Hassan Mir on Saturday applauded the candidates from Jammu and Kashmir for making it to the final selections of Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) exams of 2017.
Mir said in a statement that the youth who qualified the UPSC exams have proved yet again that the youth from the state are second to none.
He prayed for success and prosperity of the qualifying candidates. KNS
