Ganderbal Police today organized a talent hunt programme ‘Choona Hai Aasman’ at District Police Office Ganderbal under a civic action programme, a police spokesman said.
He said the students from different educational institutionsparticipated in the event. The SSP Ganderbal Khalil Ahmad Poswal was the chiefguest on the occasion. Senior police officers and prominent citizens of thedistrict were also present at the event.
Meanwhile, finale of Talent Hunt programme ‘Choona HaiAasman’ organized by Kargil police was held at auditorium hall Kargil, a policestatement said. Additional Superintendent of Police Kargil Khalid Amin was thechief guest on the occasion. Senior officers and officials of the district werealso present at the event.
Hundreds of contestants from different areas of districtKargil participated in the event. The aim of the programme was to provideplatform to aspiring contestants to showcase their talent and provide themopportunity to carry it forward to state and national level, the spokesmanadded.
At the conclusion of programme cash prizes and participationcertificates were distributed among the contestants.
