The Government here on Thursday sought cooperation from people for resuming the normal work in Government schools and offered all facilities required for smooth working of schools in the prevailing situation in Kashmir.

Talking to KNS on the resumption of working in Government schools, Education Minister Nayeem Akhter said, "It is for the parents to cooperate with the government in reopening educational institutions. Government is ready to provide each and every facility to the people required to restore the working of educational institutions. I am proud of teachers who have worked hard to revive the education in government-run schools."

Appealing the people to cooperate with the Government, the Education Minister said civil society too should come forward to supplement the efforts of the government for reopening government run schools in Kashmir. KNS
