The Jammu and Kashmir government on Friday framed the Jammu and Kashmir sainik welfare (subordinate) service recruitment rules, 2019.
A government order stated: “In exercise of the powers conferred by the provisions to section 124 of the constitution of Jammu and Kashmir, the Governor hereby makes the Jammu and Kashmir sainik welfare (subordinate) service recruitment rules, 2019.”
“The rules shall come into force from the date of their publication in the government gazette,” the order states.
