Jammu and Kashmir government has sought details from all the departments regarding status of the employees registered on Aadhaar Enabled Biometric Attendance System (AEBAS).
As per a circular issued by the general administration department (GAD), the departments and offices have been asked to immediately provide information regarding total number of employees (including permanent/contractual) working in that particular department, number of employees enrolled on Aadhaar and number of employees registered on Aadhaar Enabled Biometric System (AEBAS).
