The state government Monday relieved Indian administrative service officer Raj Kumar Goyal after he was appointed as additional secretary and financial advisor, ministry of external affairs, government of India.
“Upon his appointment as additional secretary and financialadvisor, ministry of external affairs, government of India, Raj Kumar Goyal,IAS, is hereby relieved today, the 15th of April, 2019 (A.N.) to join his newplace of posting,” a government order read.
