Srinagar, Dec 6: Governor Haryana, Bandaru Dattatraya honoured Dr Anshu Kataria, Chairman Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura near Chandigarh for his contributions towards education sector and the services towards society.
Ranjit Singh Chautala, Minister of Power, Haryana was Guest of Honour. Jagan Bains, Rupesh Kumar, Naresh Jacob etc were present. Bollywood Singer Sadhna Sargam was celebrity guest while Punjabi singer Mannat Noor was special guest.
On the occasion, a musical evening “The Legends” was organised by Vibrations to pay a tribute to Mukesh, Kishor Kumar and Lata Mangeshkar.
Sadhna Sargam sang Ram Stuti, Jab Koi Baat Bigad Jaye, Har Kisi Ko Nahi Milta etc and mesmerised all music lovers.
Guest singers from London, Sunil and Anju and Indian Idol fame Geeta Bhardwaj and others gave many performances. The soulful and melodious voices of various artist, musicians from Chandigarh, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal, Gujrat, Uttar Pradesh enthralled audience with their performances.
