The High Court has stayed a notification issued by State Legislative Council inviting applications for posts of translator, reporter, junior librarian, pass-cum receipt clerk, typist/cashier/copyist/ receipt clerk, watch and ward man (constable ran), watch and ward woman, jamadar and Junior scale stenographer.
A bench of Justice M K Hanjura stayed advertisement notice which was issued on 4-9-2018 after hearing advocate Bhat Fayaz on behalf of the petitioner.
Meanwhile, the court issued notice to the government asking it to file objections to the petition.
