Divisional Commissioner Kashmir has asked the candidates who are appearing for IAS (Preliminary) Examination to be conducted by Union Public Service Commission on August 7, 2016 that the administration has made elaborate arrangements for downloading of their admit cards at NIC centers of their respective district headquarters.
The candidates should approach offices of NICs for accessing internet service to download their admit cards.
The divisional administration has provided phone numbers on which candidates have asked to contact for any assistance.

Meanwhile, according to Deputy Commissioner Srinagar, the admit cards of the candidates appearing in IAS (Preliminary) Examination shall be treated as curfew pass on the day of examination, in case of curfew.
According to Deputy Commissioner Pulwama, Muneer-ul-Islam, administration has made download facility available all IAS aspirants of Pulwama district at NIC office in DC Office Complex Pulwama and CIC Tral.
