Police claimed to have seized illicit liquor from a shop in Kangan area of central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Thursday.
Officials said that more than one dozen bottles of liquorwere recovered from a shop at Poshkar-Wangat by a police party from Kanganpolice station after it received input from its sources in this regard.
SHO Kangan told Greater Kashmir that 13 bottles of illicitliquor were recovered from the shop.
He said the accused was arrested and a case registeredagainst him.
