Jama’at appeals OIC to convene meeting
Jama'at- e-Islami Jammu and Kashmir today vehemently denounced the dastardly act of terrorism committed in one of the three holiest places of Muslim World – Madina, by some deranged anti-Islamic forces.
"By committing this beastly act, these cowardly forces have directly attacked on the heart of the Ummah to hurt their sentiments grievously in order to provoke them to commit in reaction an act which can be used as another tool to defame Islam and Ummah," the Jama'at spokesman Advocate Zahid Ali, said in a statement.
Meamwhile, Ameer Jama'at Ghulam Muhammad Bhat has appealed OIC to convene an emergency meeting for framing a strategy for finding the main culprits behind these terrorist and disruptive acts so that a joint follow up action can be taken against such forces to stop the recurrence of such dastardly acts.
Meanwhile, Jamiat-ul-Alhadees condemned the attack on Masjid Nabwi on the last day of Ramadan. "The Muslims across the globe rising above their cast, creed and region have showed concern over the attack which is a clear message to all enemies of Harmain Shareefain that Muslims are one when it comes to defending these sacred places."
