Jammu and Kashmir government on Tuesday ordered the transfer and new postings of seven officers.
Farooq Ahmad Lone, Special Secretary, Social WelfareDepartment, looking alter the work of Administrative Secretary, Social WelfareDepartment and holding additional charge of Administrative Secretary, GeneralAdministration Department has been transferred and posted as Special Secretaryto the Government, General Administration Department.
Lone shall continue to hold the charge of AdministrativeSecretary, General Administration Department.
Rohit Kansal, IAS (JK:1995), Principal Secretary to the Government,Planning, Development & Monitoring, Civil Aviation, Hospitality &Protocol and Estates Departments, shall hold the charge of Principal Secretaryto the Government, Social Welfare Department, in addition to his own duties,till further orders.
Dr. Abdul Kabir Dar, Commissioner, Food Safety, I&K hasbeen transferred and posted as Director General, Stationery and OfficeSupplies, I&K.
Vinod Sharma, Director General, Stationery and OfficeSupplies, J&K has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Food Safety,J&K.
Pradeep Kumar, KAS, Special Secretary to the Government,Planning, Development and Monitoring Depaltment has been transferred and postedas Secretary in the J&K State Vigilance Commission.
Tej Krishan Bhat, KAS, Secretary in the J&K StateVigilance Commission has been transferred and posted as Relief andRehabilitation Commissioner (Migrants), J&K, relieving Pankaj Magotra, KAS,Additional Commissioner in the office of Divisional Commissioner, Jammu of theadditional charge of the post.
Jahangir Hashmi, KAS, Additional Secretary to theGovernment, General Administration Department (Monitoring), holding additionalcharge of Additional Secretary to the Government, Planning, Development andMonitoring Department has been transferred and posted as Additional ChiefExecutive Officer, Economic Reconstruction Agency.
“One post of Selection Grade of KAS from the overall cadrestrength of Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service is transferred to thePlanning, Development and Monitoring Department for drawl of salary of JahangirHashmi,” reads the government order.
The governor administration has said that the order has beenissued with the concurrence of Election Commission of India conveyed by theChief Electoral Officer, J&K.
