President JKEEGA Er Harvrinder Singh has demanded notificiation of Transfer Scheme SRO. This demand came up at the general council meeting of JKEEGA which was held at Institute of Engineers Channi Himmat Jammu today.
“All the members were dismayed over the delay on the part of government in the notification of the Transfer Scheme SRO as submitted by the Secretary, PDD.
The transfer scheme being the most pious document of the restructuring and unbundling of power development department, is very much required because as per Section 131(4) of Electricity Act, 2003 the whole process of unbundling cannot be considered complete without the notification of Transfer Scheme”.
