Srinagar, June 4: Jammu and Kashmir Federation of Agriculture Technocrats (JKFAT) Friday hailed the decision of the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Jammu in its favour, terming the verdict “based on truth”.
A statement of JKFAT issued here said that addressing a news conference here, the JKFAT leaders led by Chairman Syed Tajamal Qadri, President Syed Mubashir Qammar said that the court decision resolved the long-pending issue of the technocrats.
“We thank Principal Secretary Agriculture Production Department Navin Kumar Chowdhary and Director Agriculture Kashmir Choudhary Mohammad Iqbal for listening to the grievance of every senior and junior employee of the department,” JKFAT spokesman Fayaz Ellahi said.
