Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front Muhammad Yasin Malik has expressed his heartfelt grief and sorrow over the demise of the mother of JKLF vice chairman Salim Haroon. Malik also expressed grief over the demise of the mother of senior JKLF member Muhammad Rajab Malik of Pulwama.
In a statement here a JKLF spokesman said that Malik along with senior JKLF leaders, including Ghulam Rasool Dar Eidhi, Mushtaq Ajmal, Noor Mohammed Kalwal and others participated in funeral prayers of the deceased mother.
While terming the passing away of mother as a personal loss, Malik said that she along with her family have endured a lot of hardships during Kashmir struggle and today when this mother has left for heavenly abode ,we all are feeling sad and pray to Allah almighty for her elevation in Jannah.
Malik also expressed solidarity with the senior JKLF member Muhammad Rajab Malik, whose mother passed away on Saturday.
