The Joint Resistance Leadership (JRL) on Sunday called for valley-wide shutdown tomorrow against the civilian killings in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district.
Taking to Twitter, Mirwaiz while condemning the killing of five civilians in Kulgam said the JRL will hold a protest sit-in at Lal Chowk against the ‘Kulgam mayhem.’
“To strongly condemn &protest the mayhem unleashed in Kulgam by the ruthless Indian state in which so far 5 civilians & 3 armed youth killed besides injuries to tens of scores of injured,JRL calls for complete #Shutdown tomorrow, JRL will hold a #ProtestSitin on Tuesday at LaLchowk,” Mirwaiz wrote on his Twitter handle.
