A labourer died after a portion of a stone quarry caved in while he was working there in Mansbal area of central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Thursday, police said.
An official said that Bashir Ahmed Malla died on the spot after a pile of stones slid and fell on him in Patarmulla area of Kondbal in Mansbal today morning.
He said the police have taken cognizance of the incident.
