Militant outfit Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) Tuesday paid tributes to Jaish militant Noor Muhammad Trali who was killed in a gunfight with government forces in Samboora village of Pulwama district.
In a statement to local news agency CNS, Mehmood Shah, the LeT chief said that "the Indian agencies had arrested commander Noor Muhammad for being a Kashmiri under POTA, a law passed by Indian law-makers to suppress the indigenous freedom struggle of Kashmir. Commander Noor Muhammad sought the ranks of freedom fighters when fed up with the rule of Indian forces, thus embraced martyrdom." "I appreciate the support of masses in Sambora during gun fight," Shah added. CNS
