Kupwara, Aug 25: A middle aged man died after coming under a deodar tree in Behak Wali, Warnow area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Friday.
Locals said that the man was grazing sheep in a nearby forest when he came under a deodar tree. They said that due to gusty winds in the area a deodar tree was uprooted and fell on him resulting his on spot death.
The deceased has been identified as Mohammad Amin Chechi (45), son of Ambir Din Cheechi, resident of Affan Warnow.
