Srinagar, Apr 13: A man was shot at by militants in Kakran area of south Kashmir's Kulgam district on Wednesday evening.
Quoting an official, news agency KNO reported that Satish Singh, a local from Kakran received gunshot injuries and has been shifted to hospital.
The area has been cordoned off to nab the attackers.
