Srinagar, June 12: Suspected militants fired upon police party in Arampora area of Sopore in north Kashmir’s Baramulla on Saturday.
Several local news gathering agencies reported that militants fired upon a team of Police at a checkpoint in the area.
While there has been no official confirmation so far, the reports indicated that there were some causalities in the attack.
Meanwhile, the whole area has been cordoned off to nab the attackers.
