Member of Legislative Council (MLC) Yasir Reshi on Tuesday expressed pain over the killing a teenage militant of Hajin who was killed along with his two associates in a gunfight at Mujgund on Sunday.
Reshi in a statement said, “I am deeply pained over his death as he was a teenage boy who had no knowledge about good and bad,” he said. “Killing him (Hajin teenage militant) should have been avoided. Such acts are always followed by consequences. “There is no law across the world to act tough against the innocent. Same is the case here and he should not have been killed even if he had tried to escape the encounter site,” Reshi said.
