Mobile phone, broadband services suspended on Eid eve in Kashmir
Authorities on Monday again snapped the broadband services and mobile phone services across Kashmir valley.
The harsh measure comes on the eve of holy festival of Eid-ul-Adha.
Postpaid mobile phones of BSNL are working, but outgoing call facility on pre-paid phones continued to remain suspended.
Resistance groups in Kashmir have called for UN march tomorrow and have appealed to the people to offer Eid prayers at 8:30 am at all places across the valley.
Broadband services have been snapped for the second time since July 9, a day after the killing of Hizb commander Burhan Wani.
The service was snapped on the afternoon of August 13, on the eve of Pakistan's Independence Day celebrations.
However, phone services have been suspended several times since July 8.
