An activist was injured after workers of ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Opposition National Conference clashes during polling in Badran village of Beerwah constituency in central Kashmir's Budgam district on Thursday.
Reports said that scuffle broke out between the two groups over some issue related to polling process in thr village where re-poll is underway.
However, ARO Beerwah Nisar Ahmad said voting is going on normally in the constituency.
"No such incident has been reported from inside any polling station," he said.
"So far, 30 votes have been polled at 29 Badran B," he said.
