Returning Officer Anantnag Parliamentary Constituency today said general public, political parties and contesting candidates can file complaints, suggestions and grievances to General Observers, Police Observers and the Expenditure Observers appointed by the Election Commission of India (ECI) for the constituency.
According to an official communiqué, David Lalrinsanga(Observer code P-19020) for assembly segment Anantnag Dooru, Kokernag, Shangus,Bijbehara, Pahalgam will be available at Dak Bungalow Anantnag.
