Jammu and Kashmir government on Friday said that only the competent authority can decide about sanctioning of child care leave case (s) during the urban local body and panchayat polls.
Government order number 1569-GAD dated October 19, 2018, reads, “In continuation to government order number 1447-GAD of 2018 dated September 24, 2018, it is hereby ordered that the child care leave case(s) shall be considered, decided by the authority competent to sanction child care leave under clause-IV of SRO-232 dated July 22, 2015 on case by case basis.”
