Budgam in central Kashmir recorded the lowest turnout of 2.6 per cent till 10 am in Kashmir valley during the eight phase of Panchayat polls.
Baramulla recorded the highest voter turnout of 14.8 per cent in the same time.

Kupwara 9.3%, Bandipora 3.5%, Baramulla 14.8%, Srinagar 4.8%, Budgam 2.6%, Reasi 18.4%, Kathua 27.4%, Samba 29.7%, Jammu 29.8% and Rajouri 29%.
