Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (H) today said people from different walks of life continue to throng the residence of its chairman and Hurriyat Conference (M) senior leader Javaid Ahmad Mir to inquire about his health.
"Itihad-ul-Muslimeen president and senior Hurriyat leader Moulana Masroor Abbas, senior Hurriyat leader Mukhtar Ahmad Sofi, Democratic Political Movement senior leader Yaar Muhammad Khan and a delegation of Peoples League visited the residence of Javaid Ahmad Mir to inquire about his health. The leaders on the occasion prayed for early recovery of Mir Sahib," a spokesman of Front, in a statement today said.
"Prominent human rights defender and chairman of JKHCR Dr Syed Nazir Geelani from Geneva, Dr Javaid from London, Dr Manzoor, Dr Younis, Greater Kashmir columnist Ijaz ul Haq, and former leaders of JKLF from Canada called Javaid Mir over phone and inquired about his health," he said.
"Muslim Conference president and Prof Abdul Gani Bhat, Fazul Haq Qureshi, Muhammad Musdiq Adil, APHC spokesman Advocate Shahid-ul-Islam, Peoples Political Party chairman Engineer Hilal Ahmad War, National Front chairman Nayeem Ahmad Khan also inquired about Javaid Mir's health over phone and prayed for his early recovery," the spokesman said.
