Jammu and Kashmir Police held police-public meetings at Police Station Karan Nagar and Police Station Khanyar here on Friday, a police spokesman said.
He said the meeting at Police Station Karan Nagar waschaired by the Station House Officer. “Respectable citizens including membersof Traders Federation from Karan Nagar, Kak Sarai, Gole Market participated inthe meeting. At Police Station Kahanyar the meeting was chaired by the SHO. Themeeting was attended by respectable citizens of area. During these meetingsvarious issues were raised by the participants. The chairing officers assuredthe participants that their genuine issues pertaining to police will beresolved on priority,” he said.
