Head Department of Political science, Kashmir university, Prof Gull Mohammad Wani has expressed profound grief and sorrow over the demise of Prof MK Taing at Jammu. Prof Taing served in the KU’s Political Science Department as professor and head before he migrated to Jammu.
“Prof Taing wrote and researched comprehensively on statepolitics and special constitutional position of Jammu and Kashmir state,” Wanisaid in a statement.
Prof Taing was educated at Lucknow University and was veryactive in social and political life of Jammu and Kashmir. In his condolencemessage Prof Gull Wani expressed solidarity with bereaved family.
