Complete shutdown was observed in various parts of Pulwama district on second day against the killing of two local Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) militants. The shutdown was observed in Drabgam, Rajpora, Arihal and adjoining villages.
Two local Jaish militants namely Shahid Mushtaq Baba of Drabgam Pulwama and Inayat Abdullah Wani of Arihal Pulwama were killed during a gunfight with forces at Drabgam on Friday.
People continued to visit the families of slain militants to express condolences and offer prayers for them.
