Gulzar Ahmad Wani, elder brother of former trade union leader and former EJAC President, Abdul Qayoom Wani passed away on Tuesday in a Mumbai hospital after a prolonged illness.
Wani, former chief librarian and social activist breathedhis last at Tata Cancer Hospital.
In view of the COVID19 lockdown, the bereaved family hasdecided to bury the deceased at Mumbai and not to bring the body to Valley.
