Srinagar, Jan 04: An old rusted shell was recovered as well defused in Sunglan, Chittergul area of Shangus in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Wednesday.
Quoting a senior police officer, GNS reported that a rusted old shell was recovered late evening yesterday.
“Today early morning a joint team of police, security forces along with Bomb Disposal Squad reached to the spot,” he said.
Meanwhile, the BDS has successfully defused the old shell, the officer added.
