Chairman of Tehreek-e-Hurriyat (TeH) Muhammad Ashraf Sehrai on Thursday paid glowing tributes to the killed youth Mudasir Ahmad Wani of Barzulla, demanding return of his mortal remains to his family.
"The policy of denying mortal remains of the youth to their kith and kin is a brazen violation of religious and human rights," Sehrai said while addressing a condolence meeting at Mudasir's residence at Barzulla, here.
"The bereaved family is anxiously waiting to receive Mudasir's body for last glimpse."
Sehrai expressed deep condolences with Ghulam Muhammad Bhat, Mudasir's father and other members of the bereaved family.
Sehrai said, "The role of young generation and their precious sacrifices for the sacred cause won't go in a vain."
