Srinagar Mar 17: The holiday on account of Shab-e-Barat at the High Court of J&K and Ladakh will be observed on Saturday March 19, an official said.
A notification issued to this effect has been issued by Registrar General of the High Court.
Earlier, the holiday was scheduled on Friday March 18.
Shab-e-Barat (night of the fortune) is celebrated by Muslims on the intervening night of 14-15 Sha'ban, the 8th month of the Islamic calendar.
