Six sheep killed in leopard attack in central Kashmir’s Budgam

Srinagar, Oct 15: At least half a dozen sheep were killed and as many others are “missing” after two leopards allegedly barged inside a tin shed where the livestock was kept in Arwah village of Beerwah in central Kashmir’s Budgam district.

Official sources told GNS that two leopards struck the tin shed of one Gulzar Ahmad Chopan killing six of them and while as many others are said to be missing.

   

A police official told GNS that claims by the owner as regards missing of sheep is being verified.
