The Gurdawara Parbandak Committee (GPC), Budgam has thanked Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti for “her support in providing the cremation sheds and solar street lights to 25 villages in the district.”
In a statement here today, GPC president Santpal Singh, Chairman S Kulvir Singh Chopra, S Baldev Singh Raina, MD & CEO Peaks Group, and S Moti Singh Risam expressed gratitude to the chief minister for her support in providing the cremation sheds and solar street lights.
“S Baldev Singh appreciated CM’s timely and effective intervention in this regard,” the statement said.
He also hailed the members of 25 villages of district Budgam “who were present at Gurdawara Sheed Bunga Bagat-e-Barzulla where they received the lights,” it said.
