An army soldier shot himself dead with his service rifle in Nowgam sector of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Sunday.
A police officer identified the deceased as 28-year-old NK Mullai Raj D. He was posted at FDL Samgam 25 Madras in Nowgam sector. Police have registered a case and taken up investigations.
