Senior Congress leader, Saifuddin Soz on Friday asked the government to ensure early evacuation of J&K residents stranded in different parts of the country.
In a statement, Soz said the government could further extendits hand of support by providing food items and medicines to the needy at theirdoor step.
“The other area where the government could serve a greatpurpose of service to the people would be to help traders and students strandedin outside states to retrun to their homes,” Soz said.
