Chief of the Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Forum (JKDF) Pandit Bhushan Bazaz on Sunday called for a dialogue between India and Pakistan to restore sustainable peace.
“I regret that civilians were bearing the brunt of the International Border and the Line of Control in Jammu province,” Bazaz said in a statement. Bazaz urged India and Pakistan to stop killings on the line on control saying that “soldiers were becoming cannon fodder for hate.” “Every day civilians including children on both sides of the LOC are getting killed becoming the target of unresolved Kashmir conflict,” he added.
