Incarcerated Chairman of Tehreek-e-Muzahamat (TeM) Bilal Sidiqui today expressed concern over unabated killing of civilians in the nook and corner of valley. "Even after killing 72 innocents, the forces are hell bent to turn valley into a graveyard," a spokesman of TeM, in a statement today, quoted Bilal Sidiqui as having said, condemning the 'custodial' killing of a young lecturer Shabir Ahmad Monga.
Appealing to the Amnesty International to take the cognizance of the cold blooded murder of the lecturer, Sidiqui demanded that the killers should be brought to justice. Castigating the state rulers for maintaining 'criminal' silence over the killings, Sidiqui said, "There is no letup in such gruesome incidents."
Condemning the action taken against Kashmiri students in Bangalore, he said, "Arresting students is highly deplorable."
