Jammu and Kashmir National Conference president Dr Farooq Abdullah on Monday condemned bomb attacks on churches and hotels in Sri Lanka that left over 200 deaths and many injured.
In a statement he said. “The attack is a dreaded reminder of the fact that terror has no religion. I take this opportunity to extend my condolences to all those Sri Lankans who are aggrieved at the loss of their loved ones. My thoughts are with the injured, I pray for their fast recovery.
I pray that the world does not have to see such outrageous attacks in the future that claim many precious lives, “adding, ” the perpetrators of the heinous crime should be brought to justice and served exemplary punishment.”
