Wayil bridge thrown open after 6 days of repair work

After remaining closed for six days in connection with repair work, the Wayil bailey bridge on the vital Kangan-Ganderbal-Srinagar road has been thrown open for traffic movement, officials said on Monday.

Officials said that the traffic movement on the bridge was stopped on January 29 and the traffic was diverted via Manigam-Lar-Kheer Bhwani route.
