The, body of a woman from Safa Kadal area of Srinagar was fished out from river Jhelum in Maloora area on Tuesday morning, officials said.
Official sources told the news agency KNO that the woman identified as Kaunsar alias Gousia, daughter of Abdul Rehman Dar of Gasi Mohalla Safa Kadal was recovered from Jhelum river today morning.
They said that the body was handed over to her family after medico-legal formalities.
