Jammu and Kashmir Salvation Movement (JKSM) chairman Zaffar Akbar Bhat, as part of party’s mass contact programme, today visited Chanpora , Gopalpora , Methan, civil lines and other places here.
“Zaffar, accompanied by the party leaders and activists, visited these areas and addressed public meetings,” a JKSM spokesman said in a statement.
While reacting to the recent visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Jammu Kashmir, Zaffar said, “We were expecting that Modi instead of intimidations will respond positively and announce steps and measures for peaceful resolution of Jammu Kashmir.”
