On August 31, senior High Court lawyer Zaffar Ahmad Shah’s daughter is getting married. But he has decided to travel to New Delhi on that day to defend the Article 35A in the Supreme Court.
Shah will appear in the Supreme Court to defend the constitutional provision. “I have decided to travel to New Delhi because it is fight of my nation,” Shah told Greater Kashmir.
Shah has already informed his family and colleagues that he will be travelling to New Delhi on the wedding day of his daughter.
The High Court Bar Association has filed an intervention application in the Supreme Court to defend the constitutional provision.
