From Centre to Raj Bhawan everyone fighting election against NC: Omar Abdullah

Srinagar, Apr 25:  National Conference (NC) Vice President Omar Abdullah Thursday said the Central Government, Raj Bhawan, BJP and its proxies were jointly fighting elections against the National Conference (NC) in Jammu and Kashmir.

Talking to reporters outside the office of Returning Officer (RO), Srinagar Parliamentary Constituency he said that this was not the first time when they are witnessing such an election. Omar said it has been made clear that all are united against JKNC in the Lok Sabha election.

“Be it the Central Government, Raj Bhawan, BJP, it’s A, B & C teams all are fighting elections against the National Conference. We have seen elections in the past as well. Few days back BJP announced its support openly to PDP, which clearly indicates that from Central Government to Raj Bhawan everyone is fighting elections against NC,” Omar Abdullah said. He said such institutions and elements will receive a “big jolt” in the ongoing Lok Sabha elections.

He said that not only one but two leaders of BJP have declared support for the PDP in Rajouri-Anantnag Parliament constituency.

He stated that attempts are being made to extinguish the lamp of JKNC which however will lit forever irrespective of how hard the enemies try to extinguish it.
