Security forces conduct massive area domination patrol in J&K’s Rajouri

Rajouri, April 04: A massive area domination exercise was conducted by security forces in J&K’s Rajouri on Thursday, police said.

This was done to strengthen the synergy between the forces and to dominate areas ahead of Lok Sabha polls, police said.

   

The Long Area Domination Patrol (ADP) was taken out in Rajouri town and peripheral areas, said police.

The domination exercise was jointly organised by Jammu and Kashmir police, India Reserve Police, Central Reserve Police Force and Border Security Force, police said in an official statement.

 

Starting from District Police Lines Rajouri, the ADP passed through different areas of the town as well as the periphery with senior officers of all the forces led this exercise which was organised in the late afternoon hours on Thursday, police said.

People were also asked to inform police and other forces on any kind of ‘suspicious movement or a suspicious object.’

Earlier, three days ago, a road march was organised by police and other forces in town and peripheral areas.
