If there is one superstar, Deepika Padukone has to thank for her super stardom, it has to be none other than Shah Rukh Khan. The Badshah of Bollywood has been instrumental in giving her two of the biggest hits of her career till date, 'Om Shanti Om' and 'Chennai Express'. While Deepika Padukone and Shah Rukh Khan's respective films will be locking horns at the box-office on December 18, both actors have only love and respect for each other.
Confessing her great regard for Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika said, " SRK is fond of me like I am of him. There is a very pure equation we share. We miss each other. I miss being in his films and being around him on sets. He has always been generous to me. When Om Shanti Om and Chennai Express did well, he in more ways than one gave me the credit for it."
Deepika Padukone also dismissed talks that she would be a lucky mascot for SRK and Dilwale. "He is very generous when he is says that I will be lucky for him. Dilwale is going to be a massive hit. It has got amazing people and if the film does well, it wouldn't be because of my luck but all due to their efforts and hard work."
